These Terms of Service govern your use of vayusounds.com and any purchases made from VAYU sounds.

1. Seller Information

VAYU sounds is a brand operated by sole proprietor FOP Aleksashyn Mykyta Andriiovych (Ukrainian: ФОП Алексашин Микита Андрійович), registered in Ukraine, tax number (ІПН) 3192710059.

VAYU sounds supplies handcrafted singing bowls, jaw harps, ritual instruments, incense, and other handmade goods sourced from Nepal, India, Indonesia (Bali), Thailand, and Ukraine.

2. Products

All items are handmade or individually sourced and may vary slightly from photographs in color, texture, shape, or finish. Such variations are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Ordering

Orders are currently accepted through:

An order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from VAYU sounds and receipt of payment.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in UAH for customers in Ukraine and may be displayed in USD or other currencies for international customers. The price confirmed at the time of order confirmation is final.

For customers in the United States, an additional 10% may be added to the invoice price to cover applicable tariffs and import-related charges.

5. Payment

Payment instructions are provided after order confirmation. Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing or in case of cash on delivery (COD) orders.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs, packaging costs, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges related to international delivery are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

VAYU sounds is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item has not been used
  • the item is returned in its original condition and, where applicable, in sealed packaging
  • the customer contacts us before returning the item

Certain categories of goods are non-returnable due to hygiene, sanitary, or consumable nature. This includes incense, aromatic products, resins, and other fragrance-related items once opened, unsealed, or used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is caused by an error on our side. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. VAYU sounds will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on vayusounds.com, including photographs, text, product descriptions, logos, and graphic materials, is the property of VAYU sounds or is used with permission. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

VAYU sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

11. Force Majeure

VAYU sounds shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, transportation disruptions, strikes, government actions, customs delays, or postal service interruptions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
