All retail prices on our website include free international shipping. We ship from Ukraine via airmail or courier (e.g. Nova Poshta International) to anywhere in the world.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–12 days
• USA / Canada: 10–20 days
• Other regions: varies

Actual delivery times depend on the season, carrier load, and current geopolitical conditions. We’ll always give you a realistic estimate at the time of your order.

Wholesale Orders — Direct from Nepal

For wholesale shipments sourced directly from Nepal, we use reliable international air cargo services — efficient and cost-effective carriers such as Skynet and similar.

For EU customers, we offer a convenient air cargo + DPD/UPS door-to-door option where we handle all EU customs duties and fees upfront — no surprises on your end.

Customs & Import Duties

In general, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

One known exception: USA orders are subject to a 10% import tariff on the declared parcel value. We prepay this on your behalf and add it to your order total — transparently, no markup.

We accept international bank transfers via IBAN in USD or EUR.
