You have surely heard the prayer "Om Mani Padme Hum," which is his mantra, the mantra of Avalokiteshvara. It sings of the precious jewel in the lotus of pure water—that is, about all of us! In addition to its auspicious image, the bowl also produces a beautiful sound. Its upper tone, above F-sharp, corresponds to the third (III) Manipura chakra, associated with the color orange, activity, and willpower.

The frequency range of this bowl is 107-114 Hz, which includes the sacred frequency of 111 Hz. Why is it considered sacred? Without delving into esotericism, many ancient temples have resonant frequencies in the 110-115 Hz range. For example, the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum in Malta, the Temple of Kukulcán in Mexico, and the Neolithic tomb of Newgrange. The bowl is kobrebati, thin, and lightweight. It is very easy to play and produces a clear sound, with both upper and lower tones.

It is easy to play, but you also need to get acquainted with it, build a certain relationship, and pay attention to rhythm and purity of tone. In its own way, it disciplines the whole system. It works on the root (F) and the crown (B), a universal old bowl. Thin-walled, with a flat bottom. A very rare guest. Intriguing! Tactile vibration: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (can be felt up to 6-8 cm) Comes with a leather stick and a mallet.
